Our Bespoke Furniture Process
We make the process of ordering custom-made furniture simple, transparent, and tailored to your individual requirements.
1. Free Home Survey & Measurements
We begin with a free visit to your property, where we take accurate measurements and discuss your requirements, ideas, and storage needs. This ensures that your furniture is designed to fit your space perfectly.
2. Choose Your Style, Material & Colour
Once the measurements have been taken, you will be invited to select your preferred materials, colours, and finishes from our available collections.
At this stage, we will help you choose the most suitable options for your project, ensuring the final design matches both your practical needs and personal style.
3. Preliminary Design & Quotation
Using the measurements and your chosen materials, we prepare a preliminary design concept and calculate the materials required for your project.
We then provide a detailed quotation, including:
- Materials
- Manufacturing
- Installation
- Any additional services requested
This gives you a clear understanding of the project’s scope and cost before making any commitment.
4. Approval, Contract & Deposit
If you are happy with the quotation, we will agree on an estimated production and installation schedule.
We will then prepare the contract for signature and request a 50% deposit to secure your project and order the required materials.
Production will commence once the signed contract and deposit have been received.
5. Manufacturing
Your furniture is custom-built in our workshop according to the agreed specifications, ensuring a high-quality finish and precise fit.
6. Professional Installation
Once manufacturing is complete, we will arrange a convenient installation date.
Our team will professionally install your furniture, ensuring everything is fitted correctly, finished to a high standard, and ready for immediate use.
7. Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is payable upon completion of the installation.
All work will be inspected together with the customer upon completion to ensure complete satisfaction before the final payment is made.
